There could be several reasons you are not able to successfully upload your file to your application. If you are running into issues, check the following:
File size: How big is your file? There is a max file size of 2GB. If your file is larger than 2GB, you will not be able to upload the file within your application. To check the size of your file, look for the Properties or Info on your file (right clicking on the file often opens the file menu) and look for Size.
File name: Is it valid? Special characters can break a file URL and prevent you from being able to successfully upload it to your application. Does your file name use characters such as commas, periods, ampersands, or backslashes? Try renaming your file with letters and numbers only and reupload to Kaleidoscope.
Is there a max/min length for the video or audio file listed? Organizations may request your video or audio file be a minimum or maximum length (in minutes and/or seconds). If your video or audio does not meet this requirement, you will not be able to successfully upload it to your application.
Still having issues? Send us a message and be sure to include a copy of the file you are trying to upload. We will be happy to assist.
