Review Board Management: Mass Import Reviewer Contacts

You have the ability to mass import all of your reviewer contacts into Kaleidoscope via the Add Reviewers page of your review round.

To get started, download this CSV file and add your reviewer contact information in the order that is listed on the file:

first_name = Reviewer First Name

last_name = Reviewer Last Name

email = Reviewer Email Address

Save your updated csv file and import on the Add Reviewers page under the Multiple Contacts section. Contacts will be added directly to the Reviewers table in the round that they are imported to. You can remove a contact as a reviewer by selecting the contact and moving them from the right Reviewers table to the left Contacts table.

Any contacts imported as reviewers will be available to add as reviewers to additional rounds in the review board (will appear under the Contacts table).
