Program Build + Edit: Deleting Pages/Questions

When editing your program, you may decide you want to remove a question or a whole page from your application.

To remove a question or page from your application, first ensure your program is in a Draft status. These changes cannot be made while your program is Accepting Applications or Under Review.

Once you're in Award Builder, scroll down to the 'Application Pages' section.

To remove an entire page, including all page questions, click the 'remove' button on the page title.

Note that if there are advanced settings connected to a page, the remove functionality is disabled. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or customersuccess@mykaleidoscope.com for assistance making your desired changes.

To remove an individual question from a page, click Edit on the page title.

On the Edit Page screen, scroll down to the question you'd like to remove. Click the six dot menu, then select Remove.

If there are advanced settings connected to an application question, the question label will be gray and the remove functionality is disabled. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or customersuccess@mykaleidoscope.com for assistance making your desired changes.
