Program Application Components: Basic Contact

Email Address: Require applicants enter a valid email address on their application by adding an Email Address component to your program application form. When using Email Address component, applicants must input an email address with a valid domain (e.g. @mykaleidoscope.com, @gmail.com).

Phone Number: Require applicants enter a valid phone number on their application by adding a Phone Number component to your program application form. When using a Phone Number component, applicants will select their country from a dropdown menu, which will then require the applicant to enter a valid phone number using that country's phone format.
