Set Program Details

View or edit details regarding to your program from the "Set Program Details" tab in the program builder.

Program Title: View or edit the title for your program.

URL: View the full URL for your program's landing page. This was set on program creation and cannot be edited.

Unpublish Program: If your program was unintentionally published to the Marketplace or you need to remove it from the Marketplace for any reason, you can do so by selecting "Unpublish". This will prevent applicants from finding or accessing your program application until re-published.

Open/Deadline Date Timezone: Set the timezone for your program application open and deadline dates.

Application Open Date: Set the date and time that your program application will open for applications. This date/time are in the timezone selected above.

If your program is published, but is not open, applicants will be able to view the Program Landing Page but cannot click to "Begin" an application.

Application Deadline Date: Set the date and time that your program application will no longer be open for applications. This date/time are in the timezone selected above.

Once the deadline date has passed, users will no longer be able to start a new application for your program.

Individual Award Amount (with optional range): Enter the award amount available per winner. This will not be displayed to potential applicants unless you choose to "Show Individual Award Amount" on the "Create Marketplace & Landing Page" tab. If showing, this will display as US Dollars.

To add a range for the possible award amount, toggle on "Range" and enter the minimum and maximum award amount that can be received.

Program Logo: Add a logo specific to the program. If there is not a unique program logo, this will default to your account logo, which can be updated from your "Account Preferences" page.

Primary Color: Add a primary color for the program. Type a specific HEX color code, select from the color picker, or use the color dropper to select a color from your logo or elsewhere.

If there is not a unique program primary color, this will default to your account primary color, which can be updated from your "Account Preferences" page.

The primary color is used as the banner color on your program landing page, application, and Marketplace tile.

Secondary Color: Add a secondary color for the program. Type a specific HEX color code, select from the color picker, or use the color dropper to select a color from your logo or elsewhere.

If there is not a unique program secondary color, this will default to your account secondary color, which can be updated from your "Account Preferences" page.

The secondary color is used for page headers on your program landing page.

Advanced Settings Options

Allow edits after submission: When this is on, applicants will be able to make edits to their application after they click submit. You can choose to allow edits on all questions or just document uploads.

Allow uploads after deadline: When this is on, applicants will be able to upload new or swap existing documents in their application even after your program application deadline.

Allow multiple applications: When this is on, applicants will be able to apply to your program more than once.
