Download Application Reports

As applications begin filtering in for your award program, it's likely you'll want to take a closer look at the applicants' applications. Our exportable reports will allow you to do just that.

From your applications table, select one, a few, or all applications. Click "Run Report" to select which report type you would like to generate.

Applicant Application CSV

Selecting this option will generate an excel file of applicant application data. This includes:

• Application Code
• Application ID
• Status
• Stage
• Contact ID
• Application Questions + Responses (in order from application form)

Applicant Application PDF

Selection this option will generate a zip file of individual application PDFs. The PDF includes:

• Date of export
• Program Logo
• Program Title
• Applicant Name
• Application Code
• Application ID
• Status
• Stage
• Contact ID
• Application Questions + Responses (in order from application form)
• Additional Files Uploaded to Application
• Contributor Form Responses
