Add Notes To An Application
Add and share application notes with your colleagues to efficiently communicate important information.
To do so, navigate to your application manager table by clicking "View Applications" on your Programs page.
Search for the application you would like to add a note to and click "View".
This will open a view of the application. Select Notes within the right-hand column.
You will be able to view any previously added notes by you or other client admins, the date they were added and by who.
Additionally, you can edit or delete any previously added notes.
To add a new note to the application, enter your note in the textbox (maximum 5000 characters).
Select Share with reviewers if you would like the note to be visible to reviewers when scoring the application. Shared notes will display as an additional tab on the application in the reviewer portal (see below).
Select Add to save the new note.
