Reports Dashboard & List (Beta)

Track key metrics over time, such as application status, applicant demographic information, and reviewer status from the reports dashboard in Kaleidoscope. The Kaleidoscope reports dashboard is available for Pro and Enterprise users.

Reports Dashboard

To access your reports dashboard, click on Reports in your top navigation. The reports dashboard displays up-to-date charts of programs with an open date in the last 12 months.

Applicant Application Status: A bar chart that displays a count of applications, per program, by application status.

Contributor Status: A bar chart that displays the number of contributors in a Draft vs. Submitted status for applications. This is display per application.

Applicant Demographics: A set of pie charts that display a count of applicants per Gender, State, City, High School, College, and Race/Ethnicity.

Reviewer Status: A bar chart that displays a reviewer's total scored applications vs. their total number of assigned applications.

To view the data in more depth, click on a report tile. You will be directed to the full report for that data under the Reports List.

Reports List

To access in depth reports for both open programs and across all time, navigate to the Reports List page.

From an individual report view, you will be able to view two different pages of the same report - one for open programs and one for all programs, all time. You will initially land on the open programs page.

Use the filters to the right of the report to filter the data by things such as Application Status, Applicant GPA, Applicant Grade Level, etc. You can also sort the data by clicking on the small carrot by the column title you would like to sort by.

You can export your reports to save or share the data. To do so, hover over the report tile you would like to export and click on the small ellipses in the upper right-hand corner.

Select the "Export data" button.

Select the "Summarized data" option when exporting a table, the "Data with current layout" when exporting a chart.

You can continue to browse and filter reports while the report download processes. When complete, your report will download directly to your device.
