Tagging Applications
Organize applications to your program using custom tags. Tags are specific to your account, and can be used across programs. To get started, navigate to your applications management table for your program.
Creating a new tag
Click on the Add Tag button and select Create New Tag.
Enter tag details:
Title: What do you want the tag to display? This has a 20 character limit, but you can further describe a tag using the optional description.
Description: Describe the tag in further detail. This will display when you hover over the tag.
Color: Select a color for your tag!
Adding tags to applications
You can tag applications one-by-one or in bulk from the applications table, or individually tag applications from the individual application view.
From the applications table:
Select one or more applications. Click on the Add Tag button and select your tag.
You will see a success message appear when the tag has been added to all applications.
From the individual application view:
Click View to view an application.
Click Options and select Add Tag.
Select one or more tag(s) to add to the application.
Viewing tags on applications
You can view an application's tag from the applications table or the individual application view.
If an application has more than one tag, you will see a "+Number" button next to the first tag for the application. You can click this to view and manage all tags on the application.
Tags will also appear on your application information exports - both csv and pdf - as well as score reports.
Removing tags
You can remove a tag from an application by clicking the small "x" on the tag. You will receive a confirmation message before the tag is removed.
Please note that you cannot delete tags once created. If you wish to delete a tag entirely, please reach out to your customer success manager.
