Can I edit applications?

In order to allow an applicant to maintain ownership over their application data, admins are unable to edit all fields of an application. We do, however, allow admins to add or remove application documents or video/audio uploads and invited contributors.


Editing Documents, Videos, & Audio

To edit a document, video, or audio file on an application, navigate to the application from your program applications table.

Click on the Documents tab to view all documents across all pages of the application.

To upload a new file, select the Upload File link. This will replace a file, if one already exists for that question component.

Remove an existing document entirely by clicking the red X next to the file name.


Editing Invited Contributors

To add or remove an invited contributor on an application, navigate to the application from your program applications table.

Click on the Contributors tab to view all documents across all pages of the application.

View existing contributors by clicking on the Contributor Role.

You can remove an existing contributor by clicking Remove.

To invite a new contributor, select Add Contributor.

Enter the contributor details, edit the invite message as desired, and select Add to invite the contributor.

You will see the new contributor under the Contributor Role. It will note that this contributor was invited by an admin on the date added.
