How can I reopen an application that was marked Ineligible?
An application can be automatically marked Ineligible if you have exit logic established on a question in your application form. When an application is marked Ineligible, the applicant is not able to edit the application or (if multiple applications are allowed) begin another application.
However, there are instances when an applicant incorrectly answers a question on accident, which marks them as Ineligible. In these cases, you can move an application back to Draft so the applicant can access the application to complete their submission.
To do so, navigate to the Ineligible application from the Program -> Applications table. Select View.
Click on the Options dropdown and select Move To Draft.
When an application is moved to draft, the application question that originally marked the applicant as Ineligible will be cleared. The application status will update to Draft.
