Program Management: How do I help applicants, contributors, or review board members login?

Applicants, Third-Party Contributors and Review Board Members follow the same process as you do to login! While on the home page of, they click on "sign in" in the upper right hand corner. From there they will see an option to click log in. They can also visit type in their username and password.

If they need to reset their password, they can do so by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the page. They will receive an email with a link to set a new password to log into their account.

As an administrator, you can also trigger the password reset email to any of your users.

1.) From your portal, navigate to the 'People' tab

2.) Select or search for the user and click the blue 'Password Reset' button.

3.) When the pop up appears, confirm you have selected the right user, then click send to trigger the email.

Password reset links will expire in 24 hours. Repeat the above steps to resend the email with a new link.
