How do I view the application in a different language?

Translations work best on a Google Chrome Web Browser.   

1.) Right click on an empty/blank space on the page and select 'translate to' button.

2.) In the google translate pop-up window, select the three dots, then choose another language.

3.) Select your preferred language for translation, then click 'translate'.
