Program Management: Exporting Application Answers
What is an Application Answers Report?
An Application Answers Report is a report that includes all application questions and answers from each applicant for a specific program. This includes all questions that were asked in an application, including questions that were set as a field data type.
What does the Report look like?
The report will include all of the applicant's data and responses in one single row. The report includes application questions with applicant answers, application status, application ID and Contact ID. The report will be exported as an Excel file.

Step 2.) Click ‘programs’ on the Kaleidoscope ribbon at the top of your screen.
Step 3.) Select the program you would like the report for.
