Program Management: Mass Updating Application Statuses
When you are logged in as a client, you can change the status of multiple applications at once! Follow the steps below to mass update application statuses from your client portal.
1.) Login to your client portal at: https://apply.mykaleidoscope.com/login
2.) Click “Programs” on top ribbon
3.) Find the name of the program you wish to update the status of and choose “View Applications”.
4.) Select all applications you would like to update by checking the box next to the application for each one.
5.) Click blue 'Update Status' button on the right side of the page
6.) Select the status you wish to update the applications to (Draft, Submitted, Ineligible, Winner, etc.)
7.) Click the blue update button.
8.) The applications you selected have now been updated to the new status!
There are many status options available, but the the statuses that should be used most frequently are listed below.
- Draft: allows the applicant to access the application again and make edits
- Submitted: applicant will not be able to access the application anymore and it will be marked as complete/submitted. Please note, applicants do receive an automatic email when their application is moved to "submitted" status.
- Ineligible: this status will not allow the applicant to continue working and can be used to classify applicants that are not eligible for the scholarship or grant. Please note, applicants do receive an automatic email when their application is moved to "ineligible" status.
- Winner/Selected: this status indicates that the applicant is a recipient of an award, and is great to use for tracking year over year. This also shows in the applicant's portal that they have been awarded for that program.
