Program Management: Creating Draft Applications

Creating draft applications on behalf of your applicants is now available in your client admin portal! This feature works best for follow-up type forms, such as an award acceptance form.


From your program's applications page, select the applicants for which you'd like to create a follow up form for, then select 'Create Applications'.


Next, choose the form for applications you just selected and click 'Create Applications'.

In the above example, this admin user is creating draft award acceptance forms for the winners of the Greatness Can't Wait scholarship.


These newly created applications are available to view and track under the selected program's applications page.


Each applicant will see this application within their 'In Progress' tab in their applicant portal.

Don't forget to inform your applicants that an application has been generated on their behalf!
