Q: I can't log in with the email I used to apply. What should I do?
A: Make sure you're using the exact email address where you received your award notification. This must match the email on your application. If you're still unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. If you don't see a reset email, check your spam folder.
Q: I don't see an Acceptance Form card on my Applications tab. Where is it?
A: The Acceptance Form card only appears after the program administrator has sent your award notification. If you've received a notification but still don't see the card, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact the program administrator directly, their contact information is usually included in your award email.
Q: Can I decline my award instead of accepting it?
A: If you need to decline your award, look for a decline option within the acceptance form itself, some programs include this as a selectable response. If no decline option is visible, contact the program administrator directly.
How to accept your award
Log in to your Kaleidoscope account
Go to Kaleidoscope Applications and log in using the same email address you used to apply. This should also be the email where you received your award notification.Find your Acceptance Form
Click on the Applications tab.
Locate the Acceptance Form card for your award, it will appear in the In Progress tab.
Click Complete Application to open the form.
Note: If you don't see the Acceptance Form card in your In Progress tab, try refreshing the page. The card only appears after your award notification has been sent by the program administrator.
3. Complete and submit the form
Fill out all required fields and upload any documents requested. When you're finished, click Submit.
Note: Submit your acceptance form before the deadline date listed on the form! Late submissions may not be accepted.
